Reports obtained through the STOPonline.cz, or via the e-mail address stoponline@nic.cz, are evaluated by specially trained and certified illegal content analysts. Incoming reports are stored in a database and are evaluated on the basis of valid legislation of the Czech Republic. In case the report is evaluated as potentially illegal, it is immediately handed over to the Police of the Czech Republic, or to an international association associating lines for reporting illegal content INHOPE. In case analysts receive content that does not fall within their remit, but they assess that it may be illegal in certain circumstances, they forward the report to the appropriate partner organization.
